After taking a career break from a successful career in the automotive industry, and moving to Cumbria last summer, Lucia was keen to find a rewarding role near her new home in Workington. After visiting her local Inspira centre for advice, Lucia signed up to take part in our new career management and personal development programme.

The free programme is designed in partnership with local employers to help people get the life and career they want. Every participant on the programme receives advice and guidance tailored specifically to them and practical support to apply for real job vacancies or learning regardless of how long they have been out of the work place.
