To help Mitie Security recruit sixty-five full time guards for the Sellafield site, Inspira created a 10 day package focusing on the customer facing side of the role. 

The customer service course was developed to fit in with the job description. It also focused on the individual's employability skills, CV, application and interview techniques. Budgeting and debt advice were incorporated into the course as debt was identified as a barrier to qualifying for a security pass for the site.

Of the first programme of eight, six were offered work on completing the programme. More programmes will be schedulled during 2020.
