Course Component
- Understand the roles Haven are recruiting for: Lifeguard, Activity Team Member, Water sports Team Member, Sports Coaches.
- Experience is not necessary for roles, training provided by Haven.
- Talk from Haven of what they look for in an employee.
- Support with completing your Haven application form.
- Understand how to match your skills, knowledge, attributes and experience to the job description and person specification set out by the employer.
- Gain support with basic Customer Service, appearance and work-based behaviors.
- Successful candidates to receive an interview with Haven.
- Opportunity to undertake relevant qualifications.

UK citizen for 3 years.
