Leading career management and personal development organisation Inspira held a breakfast meeting on Friday 3rd of March to officially launch their new Lancaster office.
Housed in the YMCA building on Fleet Square, the new office is ideally situated for people in Lancaster and Morecambe who are looking for careers guidance and help to build employability skills.
Local businesses, schools and government organisations like the Department of Work and Pension and Jobcentre Plus were invited to find out more about the services Inspira offers young people and adults in the Lancaster and Morecambe area.
"Cat Smith MP joined us on Friday," said Victoria Emmett, Area Operations Manager for Inspira, "along with a number of employers and schools including one we were awarding National Citizen Service (NCS) Champion School status to."
Inspira has been delivering services in the Lancaster and Morecambe area since 2011, the decision to open an office has been a result of the company being awarded new contracts.
