Ross Parke What do you do when you are not working for Inspira and NCS? I’m Ross; when I’m not working on NCS, I’m studying for a Masters in Criminal Justice. Why did you decide to apply for an NCS role? Initially, I was looking for a summer job to help with funding my studies. From the selection centre onwards, I enjoyed it, and I’ve been back for three years since. It’s a great job, really fun, and you meet some great people. What was your most rewarding experience working on the NCS? It is great seeing people from my old teams coming back in subsequent years and working on NCS! My inspirational story I’ve had personal struggles with my mental health over the last couple of years, and it’s something that I am battling daily, but I’m trying to make positive strides and accept myself for who I am. Words to live by? Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but rising every time we fall.
