Adrian Kirk Bride, the owner of AJ Security and director of AJ Training Academy in west Cumbria contacted Inspira following registering their interest. Looking to employ local job seekers outside of their small circle and provide employment programmes to get them back into work. Deb, a Skills and Development Adviser got in touch, and they began working together to deliver a programme that provides attendees with personal and professional development opportunities including:
