Christine Woodward, Personnel Administrator for The Glenmore Trust heard Mark Bowman, Inspira’s Chief Executive, on the radio discussing how Inspira was working with employers to recruit local job seekers and provide employment programmes to help them get into work.

Glenmore Trust contacted Inspira, working with Chris and Deb to provide a programme which covered:

Those who completed the programme received a Level 1 Employability and Personal Development qualification, helping them to develop vital skills for today’s changing job market.

The Glenmore Trust then interviewed five candidates and provided feedback to those who took part. Two of the candidates made such an impression they were taken on to fill the two Health Care Assistants vacancies with The Trust. One of the five candidates also went on to secure employment at Cumberland Infirmary, also as a Health Care Assistant.
