The Glenmore Trust delivered a bespoke employment programme supported by Inspira

Inspira facilitated the recruitment of Care Assistant candidates.

After hearing our Chief Executive, Mark Bowman, speak on the radio about how Inspira supports employers in recruiting and upskilling local job seekers, The Glenmore Trust got in touch to collaborate.

Their goal: a tailored programme designed to help candidates thrive in today’s job market.

Inspira delivered a bespoke course covering:

  • Digital skills
  • CV and cover letter writing
  • Job search strategies
  • Interview techniques
  • Personal branding
  • Confidence, motivation & resilience

Participants who completed the programme earned a Level 1 Employability and Personal Development qualification - equipping them with the tools to succeed.

Real Results

Following the programme, The Glenmore Trust interviewed five candidates and provided valuable feedback. Two were hired directly into Health Care Assistant roles, and a third secured a similar role at Cumberland Infirmary. A true testament to the power of partnership!
