What you will need:

The willingness and commitment to attend all of the training. You will also need a good standard of English to achieve the qualifications.

Identification - one of the following:

Passport, Driving License or Original Birth Certificate. Other forms of ID may be accepted - ask an adviser if unsure.

Qualifications gained:

  • Level 2 Award in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings, or
  • Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings
