We manage and deliver programmes on behalf of employers to help unemployed people, find work. Working with Job Centres, Local Enterprise Partnerships and Local Authorities on county-wide skills initiatives, we often deliver sector-specific programmes to fill immediate skill gaps. Currently, Inspira are working closely with the hospitality and care sectors in Cumbria and Lancashire.
