Inspiring Careers, our bespoke careers platform provides guidance and training for further education, employability skills and prepares individual employees for the changing world of work.
Adults and young people registered with Inspira and living in Cumbria and Lancashire are eligible to access the platform. That’s everyone from 15 years up to retirement.
People often struggle to highlight their strengths and talk about themselves in a meaningful and interesting way. This resource is full of useful and practical material.
An Inspira advisor will work through and highlight the career assessment activities with your employees at risk of unemployment. Consisting of short self-assessments to help them gain useful information and ‘ammo’ to be utilised in their CV and at interviews.
Highlights:
- CV 360 – once a cv has been uploaded it is electronically 'scored', providing tips and advice on how to get their CV to a perfect 100% rating.
- Interview tool - this enables the user to gain 'artificial intelligence' feedback on a video interview.
- Practice aptitude test - to practice and help with preparation/confidence.
- E-Learning – can help to brush up on skills or learn some new transferable skills.
