Leading skills and employability specialist Inspira is supporting Securitas UK, by running free courses to help individuals transition into security roles in the Barrow-in -Furness area.

Securitas UK, who provide their clients, such as BAE Systems, with innovative and high-quality security services are receiving support from Inspira, who is running sector specific employment programmes to meet the demand for ongoing recruitment for security staff.

The tailored employment program has been designed to those for are who are currently not in work and eager to embark on a new career path by securing employment locally.

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) employment programme is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career in the security industry to gain the necessary skills and qualifications required.. Participants receive training in various security-related areas including conflict management, physical intervention, and customer service.

Additionally, a guaranteed interview provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their skills and knowledge to Securitas. The support provided by Inspira throughout the application process will ensure that participants are well-prepared for the interview.
